Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Four years maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Two years’ experience in electronics, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electricity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the maintenance team with regular reviews.
• Monitor warranties and service guarantees; track expirations.
• Maintain a cost-effective preventive maintenance program.
• Oversee contract work and installations by outside vendors.
• Be on-call and support capital/expense projects.
• Enforce safety policies and housekeeping.
• Complete annual performance reviews and set department goals.
