Job summary

Construction Resources is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of cabinet production equipment in a Georgia manufacturing facility. You will ensure safe, efficient operations and support floor teams with timely repairs and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities include equipment maintenance of CNC machines and finishing lines, plus managing downtime, safety compliance, and coordination with vendors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years maintenance or facilities experience in a manufacturing or woodworking setting.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and work independently.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic troubleshooting.
• Proficient with Excel and Word for reporting.
• Physical dexterity; able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair production equipment (CNC machines, saws, edge banders, sanders, finishing equipment).
• Plan and perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities.
• Minimize downtime by ensuring equipment operates efficiently.
• Support production teams by responding quickly to maintenance issues on the floor.
• Schedule preventive maintenance to extend equipment life.
• Maintain dust collection, air compression, and material handling systems.
