Compensation includes a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $95,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years experience in commercial or industrial building operations.
• Universal CFC certification required.
• Good computer literacy in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise preventive maintenance work and service response.
• Solicit and monitor performance from subcontractors.
• Collaborate with property manager to monitor building budgets.
