This full-time position requires participation in an on-call rotation and entails managing subcontractors and monitoring building systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operation of commercial buildings and equipment.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and clear driving record.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance duties on building equipment and systems.
• Respond to tenant service work orders in a timely manner.
• Monitor energy system equipment and record daily actions.
• Participate in on-call work when necessary.
