The role requires seven years of manufacturing maintenance leadership, strong problem‑solving, and lean‑driven hands‑on leadership; experience with MAXIMO CMMS and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• CMMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery.
• Lead dismantling, assembling, and installing industrial equipment.
• Maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Study production schedules and estimate worker hours.
• Oversee safety and coordinate with other departments.
