Job summary

The Honickman Companies are seeking an experienced Maintenance CMMS Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing and packaging CMMS, driving best-practice maintenance goals within budget.

You will lead mechanical and electrical upkeep, develop preventive programs, and deliver training to plant mechanics and electricians. This role requires 5–10 years in high-output facilities and strong leadership, with flexibility to work off-shift and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in a high-output manufacturing or packaging facility.
• Strong inter-personal and leadership skills.
• CMMS expertise required.
• Project management and capital project experience preferred.
• Must be able to work off shift and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of the CMMS in a manufacturing environment.
• Develop and maintain the preventive maintenance program.
• Oversee mechanical and electrical maintenance and upkeep of equipment and systems.
• Plan and execute mechanical and electrical best-practice goals within CMMS.
• Develop and execute plant equipment revitalization projects.
• Develop instrumental training for plant mechanics and electricians within CMMS.
• Supervise parts pricing with vendors, inventory & budgets.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Operations on maintenance schedules.
