Job summary

Trident Seafoods Corporation in Carrollton, GA, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the repair, maintenance, and installation of equipment and facilities at the plant. You will drive PM programs, coordinate with engineering and staff, and ensure continuous production by optimizing asset reliability and safety.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in electrical or mechanical engineering, at least five years in food manufacturing maintenance, and two years of supervising others, with TPM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum five years food manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Two years’ experience supervising others.
• Two years’ experience in a TPM (TPS) environment.

Responsibilities

• Reviews work orders to determine work priorities and ensure timely maintenance.
• Leads and manages PM Pillar activity for the plant.
• Collaborates with PM Pillar leaders and plant leadership to set vision and execution plan for asset reliability management.
• Drives continuous improvement of plant manufacturing processes and adoption of new technologies.
• Maintains, updates, and creates PM processes in CMMS.
• Drives capital expense prioritization and project development and management.
• Schedules repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production operations.
• Directs maintenance activities on utility systems to provide continuous supply of heat, steam, electricity, gas, refrigeration, or air.
