Job summary

Search Masters, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Leader to direct the Maintenance Department and facilities in an aerospace forging and heat-treat operation. You will oversee 8-10 leads and 40-50 hourly staff across three shifts, ensuring 24/7 uptime and peak equipment performance.

You will plan CapEx projects and drive continuous improvement to modernize operations and enhance efficiency across the site.

• Background in manufacturing.

• Lead and oversee the Maintenance Department and all associated facilities within an aerospace forging and heat treat operation.
• Directly manage 8-10 leads and 40-50 non-union hourly employees across three shifts operating 24/7.
• Direct and optimize Preventative and Predictive Maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
• Plan and execute Capital Expenditure (CapEx) projects to support operational growth and modernization.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency and performance.
• Drive the department's efforts to ensure all equipment is fully operational and running at peak performance.
