Job summary

Search Masters, Inc. in South Gate, CA, seeks a proven Maintenance Department Leader to oversee aerospace forging and heat-treat operations. You will direct 8–10 leads and 40–50 hourly employees across three shifts, 24/7, to keep equipment operating at peak performance.

Responsibilities include optimizing preventive/predictive maintenance, planning CapEx projects for growth, and driving continuous improvement to boost efficiency and reliability.
