Job summary

FPC of Savannah in Indiana seeks a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance department on the production floor. The role focuses on developing people, improving equipment reliability, and driving operational performance with a strong on-site leadership presence.

You will mentor maintenance staff, prioritize activities, and partner with Operations to maximize uptime while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, mentor, and develop maintenance teams.
• Strong people leadership skills with the ability to hold employees accountable while fostering engagement and professional growth.
• Experience with rotating equipment, centrifugal pumps, fans, vacuum pumps, bearings, and other industrial mechanical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives to improve equipment reliability.
