Job summary

Akkodis is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function at a high-volume manufacturing facility in New York. You will direct a team of 5 direct and 17 indirect reports, drive equipment reliability, uptime, and maintenance KPIs, and own PM/PdM programs and CMMS stewardship.

You will partner with Operations to lead continuous improvement, optimize safety, and standardize work processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance leadership.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and equipment reliability experience.
• Experience with PLCs, blow molders, fillers, conveyors, compressors, and chillers.
• Bottling or high-speed production experience strongly preferred.
• Proven success developing or turning around maintenance teams.
