Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a new plant in northern Massachusetts. You will lead the maintenance staff, oversee corrective and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, and ensure OSHA/SOP safety standards.

The role reports to the General Manager and offers a path to manage both maintenance and facilities as needed. Ideal candidates have an associate degree in electro-technology or related training, 7+ years in manufacturing or high-speed distribution, and 5+ years

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in electro-technology or related field.
• 7+ years in a manufacturing or high-speed distribution environment.
• 5+ years supervising/leading technicians or mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train and mentor supervisors along with their maintenance teams.
• Ensure corrective and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including installations/modifications.
• May be responsible for facilities and surrounding grounds.
• Ensure work areas are safe per OSHA and SOPs.
• Provide reports to management and executives.

Job description

Our client is privately owned company with a new plant in northern MA. Due to growth, seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the Maintenance staff. Primary duties/responsibilities include:

• Manage, train and a mentor supervisors along with their maintenance teams.
• Ensure corrective and preventative maintenance is performed on manufacturing equipment to include installations and modifications.
• May be responsible for facilities and surrounding grounds as well
• Ensure working areas are safe in accordance with OSHA and SOP's
• Provide reports to management and executives.

Position reports to General Manager.

Ideal candidates for Maintenance Manager will possess the following:

• Associates degree in electro-technology, military (technical) training and/or vocational/trade schooling.
• 7+ years experience in a manufacturing environment or high-speed distribution center
• 5+ years experience supervising/leading technicians or mechanics
• Understanding of LEAN Six Sigma (5S) and GMP

Salary up to $125k/yr. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, FSA.
