## DescriptionKey Responsibilities:* Lead, supervise, and develop a team of maintenance technicians and millwrights* Oversee maintenance and repair of textile equipment* Manage facility systems including HVAC, compressed air, electrical, plumbing, and building infrastructure* Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime* Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues and provide technical guidance to the team* Plan and execute equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvements* Coordinate with production to prioritize repairs and optimize equipment performance* Manage maintenance budgets, parts inventory, and vendor relationships* Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety standards, and company policies* Maintain accurate maintenance records, KPIs, and inventory* Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, efficiency, and cost reduction## Qualifications**Qualifications:*** 5+ years of maintenance or millwright experience in a manufacturing environment* 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience* Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing equipment preferred* Experience with facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, etc.)* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation* Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems* Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance planning* Welding and fabrication experience is a plus* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
