Job summary

RugPadUSA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of technicians and millwrights responsible for upkeep of textile equipment and facility systems. You will drive preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and continuous improvement across the site.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and planning skills to minimize downtime and optimize performance in a manufacturing environment in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance or millwright experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Experience with facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance planning.
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop a team of maintenance technicians and millwrights.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of textile equipment.
• Manage facility systems including HVAC, compressed air, electrical, plumbing, and building infrastructure.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Plan and execute equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvements.
• Coordinate with production to prioritize repairs and optimize equipment performance.
• Manage maintenance budgets, parts inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety standards, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, KPIs, and inventory.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, efficiency, and cost reduction.
