We’re looking for a hands‑on Maintenance Technician to bridge the gap between general facility upkeep and full industrial equipment repair. This role is responsible for keeping packaging and material handling equipment running—including boxing automation lines, plastic wrap machines, conveyor systems, and basic production support equipment used in rug pad manufacturing.
You’ll perform scheduled preventive maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues. This role also supports general facility maintenance when needed, including building repairs and grounds upkeep. This is a great fit for someone with solid mechanical aptitude who is ready to grow into more advanced industrial and automation work.
