• Lead and oversee all aspects of the maintenance function within an industrial manufacturing facility.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and optimize overall operational efficiency.
• Manage a skilled team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
• Implement best practices in equipment reliability, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to minimize disruptions in production.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager in an industrial/manufacturing industry.
• Strong technical background with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing maintenance team.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
