Introduction

The Maintenance Advisor is responsible for executing the Retail Maintenance Strategy for retail site maintenance within their assigned geography. They are passionate about maintaining sites we own or lease, with responsibilities depending on the CoT (class of trade). The Advisor supports Site Operators by managing maintenance vendor SLAs and is accountable for an annual budget for repairs and capital replacements.

Job Description:

The Maintenance Advisor manages retail site maintenance, overseeing Capex projects, vendor relations, site inspections, and budget management. They act as a point of contact for maintenance issues, coordinate with procurement, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role involves on-site visits, emergency response, and supporting engineering reviews of assets.

Job Requirements:

• Associates degree or equivalent in a technical field
• Minimum 5+ years in facility maintenance project management
• Experience in fuel station or retail facilities preferred
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fuel systems
• Experience with contractors and budgets
• Understanding of OSHA, EPA standards
• Leadership and interpersonal skills
• API 1646 and OSHA 10 Hr. certifications (to be completed upon hire)
• Field-based role, 30-50% site visits
• Availability for emergency calls and after-hours work
