Job summary

Elior's Traditions unit in Pearl, MS is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee site equipment, preventive maintenance, refrigeration, and spare parts inventory. The role leads maintenance staff and ensures repairs meet OSHA, PSM, USDA, HACCP, and SSOP guidelines.

You'll direct maintenance activities, develop programs, review reports, conduct safety inspections, supervise technicians, and support the Plant Engineer on projects within a food-manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of maintenance experience.
• Experience/knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
• Computer experience using Microsoft Office.

The Role at a glance

We are looking to add a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to our Traditions team in Pearl, MS. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the upkeep of all site equipment, preventive maintenance, refrigeration system, and spare parts inventory. The Maintenance Supervisor supervises the maintenance staff and ensures that all mechanical and electrical repairs follow applicable OSHA, PSM, USDA, HACCP, and SSOP guidelines.

Pay

70k/year M-F with weekends as needed
