Job summary

Elior North America’s Traditions brand in Pearl, MS is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee site equipment, preventive maintenance, refrigeration systems, and spare parts inventory.

You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate with the Plant Engineer on projects, ensure safety guidelines, and drive maintenance programs aligned with OSHA, PSM, USDA, HACCP, and SSOP standards.

Qualifications

• Five years of maintenance experience.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
• Computer experience using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates maintenance and installation of machines, tools, and equipment.
• Develops preventative maintenance programs.
• Reviews production, quality control, and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities.
• Conducts safety inspections and orientation on use and repair of machinery.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to our Traditions team in Pearl, MS. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the upkeep of all site equipment, preventive maintenance, refrigeration system, and spare parts inventory. The Maintenance Supervisor supervises the maintenance staff and ensures that all mechanical and electrical repairs follow applicable OSHA, PSM, USDA, HACCP, and SSOP guidelines.

Pay:

70k/year M-F with weekends as needed

What you'll be doing:

• Directs and coordinates maintenance and installation of machines, tools, and equipment
• Develops preventative maintenance programs
• Reviews production, quality control, and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• Five (5) years of maintenance experience.
• Experience/knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
• Computer experience using Microsoft Office.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in a food-manufacturing environment preferred.
