Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead plant reliability and a high‑performing maintenance team in Spearfish, SD. This hands‑on leadership role focuses on uptime, safety, and optimized equipment performance across a 24/7 operation.

You will drive PM/PdM programs, oversee CMMS workflows, and mentor technicians while collaborating with production and leadership to deliver cost‑effective reliability improvements. Strong technical background required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience.
• 7+ years of technical maintenance leadership experience.
• Strong background in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with CMMS, preventive maintenance, and reliability programs.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive change, and solve complex problems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour
