Job Description

We are growing and looking for an experienced car wash maintenance manager. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in the car wash industry. Tunnel installation experience is a plus. Compensation will be based on experience. Join our growing team at Prime Car Wash!

As a Prime Car Wash Maintenance Manager, you will perform preventative maintenance and oversee the overall functionality of the wash tunnel and equipment room. Manage and repair all facility needs at our six central Indianapolis locations.

This position requires a self-motivated individual who can manage time effectively, multi-task efficiently, and pay great attention to detail and safety.

Required Knowledge or Skills:

• Proficiency in managing basic hand tools, including storage, care, and identification
• Ability to manage and lead a team of 2-4 maintenance technicians
• Experience with weekly maintenance checklists to identify current and future maintenance issues
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to work promptly to resolve issues and ensure the car wash operates smoothly
• Ability to read blueprints
• Experience in identifying, managing, and ordering parts for repairs and managing inventory systems
• Inspect building and grounds regularly to identify maintenance needs
• Availability to be on call after hours on a rotating schedule
• Manage monthly maintenance expense reports
• Maintain company vehicle in proper condition and cleanliness

Additional duties may be assigned after proper training.
