You will oversee maintenance activities, support safety and quality goals, and drive system enhancements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to reduce downtime and improve throughput.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or overseeing Maintenance Supervisors in a manufacturing/assembly environment.
• Experience supporting maintenance activities related to assembly operations.
• Knowledge of equipment capability, error-proofing, preventive maintenance, and system enhancements.

• Ensure equipment capability to meet production needs.
