HTC Global Services in Wisconsin is seeking a Release Management Analyst to oversee release planning, change management practices, and deployment activities across environments up to production. You will support strict readiness checklists, ensure SDLC compliance, and coordinate with developers, QA, operations, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality releases.

The role requires strong communication, governance, and experience with Node.js, React.js, and Full Stack Java environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with release calendar management and scheduling.
• Knowledge of change management practices and governance.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC lifecycle and gates.
• Experience approving and managing production releases with readiness checklists.
• Proficiency with deployment management using Git pipelines across environments.
• Understanding of process compliance and quality gate adherence.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
