Job summary

Village Green is seeking a Maintenance Service Manager for Fairlane Town Center Apartment Homes in Dearborn, MI to oversee the maintenance department and ensure the property's appearance and functioning order. You will supervise maintenance staff daily, manage work orders and budgets, mentor the team, and drive preventative maintenance programs, with HVAC/plumbing expertise and EPA certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, apartment, hospital maintenance/engineering with 2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent customer service and computer skills.
• Ability to create a team, mentor and train a team.
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, appliances, water heaters, chillers/boilers and HVAC.
• HVAC or EPA Universal Certification a must.
• Proven track record managing a preventative maintenance program and experience with capital projects.

Responsibilities
