Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance management experience in manufacturing.
• 2+ years leading maintenance teams.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with CMMS and preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Background supporting PLC-controlled production equipment.
• Experience with continuous improvement and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance team.
• Drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and capital projects.
• Partner with production to improve plant performance.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and promote a strong safety culture.

• Stamping presses (mechanical or hydraulic)
• Conveyor and automated material handling systems
• Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Industrial electrical systems (480V)
• PLCs, VFDs, servo motors, gearboxes, pumps, and industrial automation
