The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing creative problem-solving to resolve electrical and mechanical equipment issues. The Maintenance Manager is also responsible for developing a robust preventative maintenance program.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain documentation for all preventive and predictive maintenance
• Schedule equipment downtimes in sync with other departments
• Oversee that proper maintenance procedures are performed correctly regarding the equipment and facility
• Work in conjunction with Production during all capital projects
• Propose, plan, and install necessary equipment to improve production efficiency and achieve cost reduction
• Manage relationships with external contractors
• Ensure maintenance procedures follow plant safety regulations
• Maintain inventories of maintenance material, supplies, and repair parts at required levels by initiating requisitions
