Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 – 7 years experience in Maintenance Supervision.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proficient in electronic controls, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic circuits, and troubleshooting.
• Effective leadership abilities.
• Proficient with implementation and maintenance of Preventive Maintenance Systems.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing of all necessary materials and equipment.
• Supervise and train the maintenance associates in their duties.
• Direct the maintenance and tool setup activities to ensure safe and timely completion.
• Develop procedures and programs to provide optimum maintenance of equipment.
• Responsible for maintaining the equipment to meet safety codes.
• Participate in meetings as appropriate.
• Support plant management in safety processes – audits, investigations, and awareness.
• Adhere to Safety, Quality, and EMS policies and procedures.
• Fully participate in Corvac’s Environmental and Quality Management Systems.
• Other duties as needed.

Salary Range: $100,000.00 To $120,000.00 Annually

POSITION TITLE:Maintenance Manager

PAY STRUCTURE:Salary Exempt

PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:Oversees maintenance personnel and the scheduling of activities necessary to maintain the facility and support production operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Purchasing of all necessary materials and equipment.
• Supervise and train the maintenance associates in their duties.
• Direct the maintenance and tool setup activities to ensure that they are completed in a safe and timely manner and process requirements are met.
• Develop procedures and programs to provide for the optimum maintenance of equipment.
• Responsible for maintaining the equipment to meet all safety codes.
• Participate in meetings as appropriate
• Supports plant management in the execution of the company’s safety process – workplace audits, accident investigation, and safety awareness.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including Safety, Quality, and EMS
• Fully participate in and support Corvac’s Environmental Management Systems.
• Fully participate in and support Corvac’s Quality Management Systems.
• Other duties and responsibilities as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
