The 24–30 month program includes rotations in Maintenance Planning, Maintenance Leadership, Reliability Engineering, and Capital Project Management, culminating in a full-time Maintenance Supervisor/Leader role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field; internships/co-ops in glass melting/furnace manufacturing preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in professional, service, or student organizations.
• Willingness and flexibility to relocate; relocation assistance provided.

Responsibilities

• Engage in preventative maintenance programs and procedures for plant equipment.
• Investigate and resolve work in process problems.
• Maintain production equipment to meet organizational standards and minimize downtime.
• Focus on safety, automation, digitalization, strategic asset management, and data analytics.
