Qualifications

• STEM or related bachelor degree or higher required.
• Significant supervisory and leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Drive Predictive Reliability using prognostics, analytics and real-time data to reduce downtime.
• Lead capital and operational projects with scope, schedule, and resources to deliver measurable results.
• Develop and execute preventative and predictive maintenance strategies to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Extract insights through data mining, visualization, and trend analysis to support informed decisions.
• Partner with engineering, operations, maintenance, and leadership to align priorities and drive site-wide success.
• Build and develop high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and talent development.
• Champion safety and continuous improvement to enhance workplace safety, quality and productivity.
• Balance priorities and communicate effectively across stakeholders to meet commitments.
