Job summary

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, training apprentices, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to sustain high performance and quality. Responsibilities include maintaining hydraulic, pneumatic, and CNC systems, performing layouts/installations, and supporting TPM initiatives.

Qualifications

• Significant work experience or specialized skills from education, training, or on-the-job experience.
• Minimum: 7 years in a relevant trade field or Journeyman Trade Certificate with experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and ability to read schematics, manuals, and blueprints.
• Ability to train and mentor apprentices.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends.

• Strengthen equipment reliability by troubleshooting, assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems.
• Elevate workplace safety by identifying hazards and enforcing PPE and HSE standards.
• Improve environmental stewardship by reducing negative impact in daily tasks.
