Qualifications

• High school diploma or certificate of completion or equivalent experience as required by regulations.
• Licensing for export controls or sanctions regulations may be required.
• Significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow HSE policies and maintain certifications like LOTO and Working at Heights.
• Troubleshoot downtime issues and collaborate on long-term reliability solutions.
• Maintain 5S and organized work areas; keep tools and spaces clean.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional improvement projects using standard methods.
• Complete required training and participate in skill development programs.
• Report progress and downtime using established documentation and STAR methods.
• Monitor KPIs like MTTR/MTBF and ensure alignment with goals.
• Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional teams to support production.
