Job summary

Movement Search & Delivery’s confidential client in the Greater Indianapolis area seeks a hands-on Maintenance Manager to direct maintenance operations, improve equipment reliability, and lead a team of 3 direct reports with ~35 indirect reports.

The role requires strong CMMS, PdM/PM/TPM experience, and a proven ability to drive uptime, safety, and cost improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technically related field.
• 7–10 years of manufacturing experience in engineering, supervision, and production management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supervising people in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all maintenance operations.
• Develop and manage maintenance budget and costs.
• Improve equipment reliability and uptime.
• Lead reliability-centered maintenance program.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure new equipment meets maintenance requirements.
• Oversee preventive/predictive maintenance and TPM practices.
