Job description

Food Talent Solutions is conducting a search for aDirector of Maintenanceon behalf of a growing food manufacturer in Western, Indiana.

This role reports directly to the COO and will lead the plant’s maintenance strategy, reliability initiatives, capital improvements, and maintenance team development. The Director will oversee a Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Supervisors while driving a proactive maintenance culture focused on equipment reliability, uptime, safety, and continuous improvement.

• Leadership of Maintenance Manager, 2 Supervisors, and the maintenance team as a whole
