Job summary

Veracity Ventures Inc. is seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead Maintenance & Reliability at our Indianapolis facility.

You will focus on equipment reliability, plant uptime, TPM, continuous improvement, safety, productivity and cost reduction. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 15+ years of experience in maintenance, engineering, or manufacturing.
• 8+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of TPM, Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma.
• Experience in CPG/FMCG manufacturing.

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Manager to lead Maintenance & Reliability operations at a manufacturing facility. The role will focus on equipment reliability, plant uptime, TPM, continuous improvement, safety, productivity, and cost reduction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Maintenance & Reliability organization and maintenance strategy.
• Improve OEE, MTBF, MTTR, equipment reliability, and plant uptime.
• Drive TPM, Lean/Six Sigma, preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance teams.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Support capital projects, automation, and equipment improvements.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, employee safety, and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 15+ years of Maintenance, Engineering, or Manufacturing experience.

• Strong CPG/FMCG manufacturing experience.
• Proven Maintenance & Reliability leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success improving OEE, MTBF, MTTR, uptime, and maintenance costs.
• Strong knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and/or Six Sigma.
• Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Strong financial and project management skills.
• Knowledge of GMP, food safety, and employee safety.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Indianapolis, IN.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
