Ilocatum is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a large paper mill in Pryor Creek, Oklahoma. You will lead site-wide maintenance, drive reliability, safety culture, and capital investments to achieve ROI targets.

The role focuses on setting KPIs, managing budgets, and partnering with operations on capacity and cost goals, with a strong emphasis on lean practices and disciplined planning.

Competenze

• Engineering degree or 5+ years in maintenance/reliability in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years leading a maintenance department.
• Expertise in lockout, PPE, and confined space safety.
• Lean, planning and scheduling, and CapEx experience.
