Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking a Maintenance Manager for the Pryor, Oklahoma area. This role leads site-wide maintenance, builds a strong safety culture, and drives reliability across the plant.

You will apply LEAN methods, manage asset performance, and oversee a team to meet production and cost targets while maintaining safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years manufacturing operations leadership in engineering, maintenance or reliability roles.
• 2+ years leading a maintenance department and coaching individuals.
• Experience with safe working practices: Lockout, PPE, confined space.
• Desirable experience with pulp and paper mill equipment, products, processes and technologies.
• Experience implementing optimized planning and scheduling processes.
• Experience developing KPIs to monitor progress of projects and objectives.
• Experience in creating and managing Capital Expenditure budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering Technology, or related field.
• Manufacturing operations leadership experience with at least 5 years in an engineering, maintenance or reliability role considered in lieu of a degree.
• 2 years experience required in the following:
• Experience leading a maintenance department.
• Experience managing and coaching individuals.
• Experience with safe working practices. Lockout, PPE, confined space
• Highly desirable to have experience with pulp and paper mill equipment, products, processes and technologies.
• Experience implementing optimized planning and scheduling processes.
• Experience developing key performance indicators to monitor progress of projects and objectives.
• Experience in creating and managing Capital Expenditure budgets.
