Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Amarillo, TX to lead maintenance operations across the site and develop the next generation of maintenance leaders. You will oversee Area Maintenance Managers and their teams, shaping preventative programs and driving efficiency with a focus on safety and reliability.

Expect to manage budgets, coordinate with operations, and respond to emergencies with decisive action.

Qualifications

• 4+ years overseeing department spend and labor budgets
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• 4+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience
• 4+ years of experience communicating results to senior leadership
• 4+ years of CMMS experience

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Area Maintenance Managers and their teams.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and manage budgets.
• Ensure safety protocols across sites and audit safety programs.
• Manage capital spending plans and coordinate external contractors.
• Travel domestically up to 15% for network-level initiatives.
