Amazon is seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager in Dallas, TX to lead site-based maintenance operations and develop the next generation of leaders. You will oversee Maintenance Managers, manage preventative maintenance programs, and drive continuous improvement across a team of 80+.

You will balance strategic planning with real-time problem solving, ensuring safety and reliability while coordinating with operations and vendors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of managing large complex facilities organizations.
• 7+ years of senior management and leadership responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical Eng, Eng Tech, Reliability Eng or 2+ years of Amazon RME FT Exempt experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and manage site budgets/capital plans.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and enforce maintenance execution and safe work practices.
