Job summary

Amazon's Reliability & Maintenance Engineering (RME) team in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead site-based maintenance operations and develop the next generation of leaders. You will oversee Maintenance Managers, manage preventative programs, and drive safety and continuous improvement across a team of 80+.

Role requires 10+ years in facilities management and 7+ years at a senior level, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of managing large complex facilities organizations experience.
• 7+ years of senior management and leadership responsibilities experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers to develop talent.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and manage site budgets and capex.
• Drive continuous improvement, maximize uptime and efficiency while ensuring safety.
• Manage vendor relationships, coordinate contractors, and lead ROI-based equipment decisions.
• Travel domestically up to 15% to support network-level initiatives and guidance.
