Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across our sites in the United States. You will oversee Area Maintenance Managers and their teams, develop strategic maintenance programs, and drive safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will balance preventive maintenance, operations coordination, and emergency response while managing budgets and capital plans. Travel up to 15% is required across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 4+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience.
• 4+ years of managing department spend and labor budgets, RCA, CI.
• 4+ years of communicating results to senior leadership.
• 4+ years of CMMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Area Maintenance Managers and teams of technicians and engineers.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and manage budgets.
• Ensure safety protocols across sites and audit safety programs.
• Manage capital spending, project planning, and external contractors.
• Travel domestically up to 15% to support network initiatives.
