Amazon is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at a Greenfield site. You will oversee Area Maintenance Managers and their teams, develop strategic maintenance programs, and drive safety and continuous improvement across functional areas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience.
• 4+ years of managing department spend and labor budgets with RCA/CI experience.
• 4+ years of communicating results to senior leadership.
• 4+ years of CMMS experience or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Area Maintenance Managers and teams of technicians and engineers.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and manage budgets.
• Drive safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across multiple sites.
• Coordinate with operations, external contractors, and cross-functional teams.
• Travel domestically up to 15% to support network-level initiatives.
