Job summary

Papa John's USA is seeking a leader for the Papa's Quality Control Center in our Maintenance department. The role focuses on maximizing equipment reliability, protecting employee and food safety, and ensuring consistent product quality and production readiness for BRCGS certification.

You will build a capable, accountable team, set clear responsibilities, and drive a disciplined maintenance program across shifts to meet safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Lead the maintenance organization to maximize equipment reliability and support site readiness for BRCGS certification.
• Ensure food safety and employee safety through disciplined maintenance programs.
• Coach and develop maintenance technicians and leads, with clear responsibilities and performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Own preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for plant and utilities.
• Maintain CMMS assets, schedules, history, and backlogs; review PM effectiveness.
• Coordinate with Production, Sanitation, and QA to ensure quality and compliance.
• Escalate overdue or ineffective repairs and ensure proper documentation after maintenance.
