Job summary

Papa John’s is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor to support the Production Team Leader in managing dough production operations and equipment. You will drive productivity and efficiency while ensuring SOPs are followed and you report to the Production Manager.

Responsibilities include supervising sanitation, implementing SSOPs aligned with BRC, QA and audit support, and helping with labor planning and training to keep our operation running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dough production operations and sanitation to ensure product quality.
• Develop and train on departmental SSOPs aligned with BRC code.
• Maintain QA per BRC and support audits.
• Oversee daily tasks, meetings, and performance reviews for efficiency.
• Assist cost controls through planning, scheduling, and on-the-job training.
• Manage inventory counts and ordering to keep supply on hand.
• Complete timecard verification in Workday.
• Resolve team member complaints and attendance issues.
• Maintain MES records for production shifts.
• Support pre-shift safety/quality/cost meetings.
• Perform duties of Team Leader in absence.
