Job summary

Papa John’s Quality Control Center in the Maintenance department seeks a maintenance leader to maximize equipment reliability, protect employee and food safety, and support consistent product quality for reliable production. Build a skilled, accountable team and maintain a disciplined maintenance program aligned with BRCGS standards.

You will coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, oversee documentation in CMMS, and partner with Production, Sanitation, and QA to ensure

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or practical experience in industrial maintenance preferred.
• Progressive industrial maintenance experience; leadership of technicians or maintenance teams.
• Food or beverage manufacturing experience with GMPs and sanitation knowledge.
• Reading electrical and mechanical drawings; knowledge of motors, VFDs, PLCs, conveyors, pumps, bearings, pneumatics, hydraulics.
• Experience using CMMS to manage PMs, work orders, maintenance history, backlog, and performance measures.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance organization to maximize equipment reliability and product quality.
• Coach and develop maintenance team leads and technicians; manage performance and coverage.
• Own preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs across plant equipment.
• Maintain CMMS records, manage spare parts, and coordinate with Production, Sanitation, and QA.
• Ensure safety, food safety, and compliance with certifications and site procedures.
