Job summary

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Maintenance Lead to join our team in Ruther Glen, Virginia. This role oversees the daily maintenance operations of a busy distribution center, coordinating maintenance activities and ensuring a safe, well-maintained work environment.

The ideal candidate has warehouse maintenance experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate with vendors and maintenance personnel.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Knowledge of facility maintenance, preventive maintenance, and equipment repair coordination.
• Experience managing vendors and maintenance contractors.
• Experience with warehouse management or maintenance tracking systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day maintenance team activities.
• Plan and implement maintenance schedules supporting warehouse operations.
• Assign daily work, coordinate staff schedules, and assist with evaluations.
• Train associates on maintenance procedures and safety practices.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and ensure systems function properly.
• Coordinate repairs for equipment and facility systems.
• Create and manage maintenance work orders using CMMS.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance with internal teams and vendors.
• Maintain records of repairs, inspections, and vendor services.
• Prepare maintenance reports and communicate updates to management.
• Assist with emergency facility needs as required.
