Accurate Personnel LLC in Palmdale, CA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Maintenance department. You will manage maintenance staff activities, help design and implement work schedules, and support operations.

The role requires strong communication, warehouse/maintenance experience, and proficiency with WMS systems. Competitive pay starts at $33.80/hour with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package. This is a full-time on-site role based in Palmdale.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a self-initiator who can implement and manage all operational programs.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coordinates activities of the associates in the Maintenance department.
• Assist in design and implementation of work schedules for the Maintenance department.
• Recommend personnel actions such as hiring, retention, promotion, transfer with the Maintenance Manager.
• Assigns duties to workers and schedules breaks, work hours and vacations.
• Schedules and performs periodic evaluations of Maintenance department employees.
• Trains associates in warehouse policies, procedures, and duties.
• Conducts regular inspections and ensures upkeep of all facility areas.
• Maintains documentation of inspections and daily/weekly maintenance reporting.
• Monitors equipment to ensure operability and follows up on repairs.
• Generates work orders for repairs with internal and vendor teams.
