Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a maintenance lead or technician in manufacturing.
• Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance skills with troubleshooting ability.
• Hands-on experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of plant maintenance staff (mechanics and electricians).
• Assign projects and priorities with plant leadership.
• Assist with routine tasks and provide technical support as needed.
• Plan and perform mechanical equipment maintenance for manufacturing and building systems.
• Execute preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs.
• Maintain maintenance records (work orders, SOPs, LOTO).
• Lead root cause analyses to reduce downtime and improve performance.
• Support engineering and production in process improvements.
