You will supervise the maintenance team, perform diverse tasks from carpentry to HVAC, and coordinate with residents and staff to uphold a high standard of living.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a supervisory role.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience, ideally in senior living.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge and experience with power tools.
• Strong communication with coworkers, residents and families.
• Able to apply basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete building work orders and service requests as assigned.
• Paint and upkeep of grounds including landscaping.
• Report mechanical failures or negative conditions to Maintenance Director.
• Fix fixtures, heating/cooling units, etc.
• Maintain maintenance equipment.
• Perform daily maintenance including carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical & HVAC.
• Maintain the physical appearance of the community.
