Job summary
Andersen Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Lead Technician to direct maintenance staff, minimize downtime, and lead continuous improvement at the Bayport, MN facility. The role covers PM, PdM, RCCA, and autonomous maintenance while collaborating with Tier support teams to optimize equipment performance.
The ideal candidate will have a two-year electrical/mechanical technical degree or equivalent, strong PLC and electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills, and proven leadership with
Qualifications
- Demonstrated commitment to Safety.
- Ability to lead projects to completion attaining desired results.
- Ability to troubleshoot PLCs and electromechanical aspects of manufacturing equipment.
- Two-year degree in electrical/mechanical technical field or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Provide work direction and support for maintenance technicians.
- Attend Tier meetings as single point of contact for assigned Value Stream.
- Manage PM, PdM, RCCA, and Autonomous Maintenance in the assigned area.
- Deploy Maintenance Excellence objectives and train associates across 3 shifts.
- Maintain and improve equipment reliability and uptime through preventive maintenance and repairs.
