Qualifications

• 3-5 years of industrial maintenance or machine tool experience.
• 2-year vocational or associate degree preferred.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics and perform light machining/welding.

Responsibilities

• Repairs, installs, and maintains machinery, equipment, structures, and electrical systems per specs.
• Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts.
• Dismantles machines to install repairs/parts.
• May operate cutting torches or welding equipment.
• Maintain and update maintenance records in software.
• Inspects and tests machinery using electrical/electronic test equipment.
• Ensure safe operations and compliance with lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Communicate with Engineering and EHS for safe building systems operation.
